I Need the DATA.DXAR File...

Well i have found the DATA.DXAR file but I still cannot fix PSP....The Recovery mode doesn`t work either as it can`t find Update.pbp....
Does anyone have a Tutorial on fixing PSP...It will not play any originals no more...The only program that works is 3.03eo-b update.....
