with this version of cwcheat you can finally load your memory cards coming from pc emulators or psx/ps2 consoles.
these memory cards are stored and loaded in the epsxe format this mean that you can directly load them with the best emulators out there (epsxe, pSX) or convert them with any decent memory card manager tool (or manage also them :P).
then you can use also tools like dexdrive to get saves or load your saves in a psx memory card, or extract the single saves and put them in the ps2 with applications like ulanchelf. (to do this you need to use psxmemtool extract the mc as ps1 remove the 0x80 header so it starts with SC and put the name you see in the header as the file name)

anyway back to cwcheat.
it permits to store up to 256 memory cards per game and they are identified with the GAMEID-MEMCARDNUM.mcr for example for the first memory card of xenogears which has id SLUS_00664 it will be SLUS_00664-0.mcr.
these memory cards will be stored in /seplugins/cwcheat/mc and can be easily loaded to slot 1 or 2 by selecting the corrispective option.

except from that there were other fix.

enjoy :)

0.1.6 REV. E for 3.02OE/POPS
-fixed a little thing which for some game could make cwcheat not loading the id correctly
-fixed the directory were the db is saved from the cwcheat interface now it's saved in the correct folder
-new folder "mc" under /seplugins/cwcheat/
-fixed some reported things here and there

and now the most important thing:

-> BUILTIN SUPPORT to loading/saving epsxe (mcr) memory card to/from the psp emulator!!!
-> in this way you can load your own game saves from pc or psx/ps2 on the psp and viceversa! :)
-> but also go over problematic points in games.

This is one of the best plugins ever, however it seems to don't work on fw 3.03 OE B, at least the memory card management section is not working

I have a problem with the CWCheat 0.1.6 REV G and the 3.03 OE-C, running Xenogears [US] for PSP.
The thing is that I’ve transfer my Xenogears saves using a DexDrive to my PC (.GME). Then I’ve converted it to .mcr and putted it to the MS (with the right name in the right directory). The problem is when I try to load the MC in CW Cheat, it says “OK” but the MC appears empty in the game and went useless (meaning, is empty but I cant even save unless I restart the game).
I’ve tried loading the .mcr and .gme but nothing happened. Another strange issue is when I save the MC in CW Cheat to a .mcr file I can’t read it in the PC. It’s like the .mcr generated in the PSP is not compatible with the .mcr that we use in a PC.

I’ve only tried this on Xenogears because at this moment, I don’t have any other PSX game on the PSP.

I’m clueless, so I’ll appreciate any help.

PS: yes, I posted this in other forum too

you have to bring up CWCheatpops before loading regular gamesave. load cwcheatpops gamesave then go back to regular PSX game loadgame screen and load game. it took me a few days to figure it out even after reading the faq and readme but it works now for me everytime. any questions msg me.

yep, I load CW Cheat right after the PlayStation logo
I use my own .GME and .MCR (converted with the PSXMemEdit). The files works fine in the PC and the PlayStation. So I'm 90% sure that's not the file. And as I said the .MCR generated by the PSP doesn't work on the PC (PSXMemEdit, PSX Game Edit, etc.)
